Engineering

Engineering team is consist of proposal planning, mechanical design, simulation, digital factory, debugging support and etc. Engineering team has accumulated many experiences including, and successfully undertake projects like ( NewTiguan flooring automatic production line), ( New Octavia body-side automatic production line), (New Touran body-side automatic production line),(body-side automatic production line).

Electrical

Automation team is consist of hardware, software, installation teams and etc. We master programming and debugging PLC in the brand of SIMENS, ABB, Mitsubishi, OMRON. We are familiar with electrical’s software, also apply and develop in WINCC and Intouch. We have accumulated VW VASS standard, GM standard, undertaking a large number of visual information interactions, projects of complex and highly networked control automatic line.

Robot

Robot application team is consist of digital virtual debugging, hardware configuration, on-site commissioning and etc. We master robots in brand of KUKA, ABB, FANUC, MOTOMAN. In the terms of technology, we master laser welding, visual tracking, spot welding, arc welding, hemming, robot polishing and etc., provide secure in high cycle time, flexible, high automation rate line.
